Horrible product. Too soft. Can't tell it's even there.

This topper is so soft it is useless. After calling customer service and attempting to return or at minimum replace the topper, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I really expected better service from a company I considered high end.

Best sleep ever

My topper arrived right on time. It's been heavenly sleep from them on. I have a medium firmness Purple mattress which I felt was a little too firm so I added the TemPurpedic topper and WAAALAAA! Perfection! I no longer wake up during the night with shoulder or hip pain. I sleep through the night and wake up pain free and refreshed. I strongly recommend this topper

Too good to be true

Unfortunately after spending more than $400 on a topper, it is no better than any other topper you can pick up for 1/4 the price. The only unique attribute of the topper was how much more expensive it was compared to the rest. I gave it a chance for nearly 2 months but ended up taking it off my bed as I slept much better without it on the bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work on a tug boat with small bunk beds. The mattress topper was the perfect size and is super soft and comfortable. I've honestly been sleeping better since I got it. There have been times I wish it was a bit more firm as I get a little uncomfortable when laying awake in bed for too long.

We used the topper for a week and just didn't like it. It was next to impossible to move around on the bed. For as much as we paid for it, I'm very disappointed.

Super soft

This topper is super soft which is what I wanted. It expanded fairly quickly, just two corners weren't fully expanded until 24 hours. I still went ahead and put sheets on the bed and slept on it. It did have a bit of an odor and I ran my air purifier all day, it took a few days for me to not notice a smell but it was never really bad. I have a high-end handmade luxury mattress that I spent a fortune on but it was too firm, after sleeping on it for 2 years with restless sleep I was desperate. Biggest mistake is I bought a mattress that didn't offer a sleep trial. With this topper, I tossed the first night but have noticed that I'll go most nights without waking up! It can sleep a little hot but actually not as hot as my mattress! If you want a good quality topper that is super soft and comfy, get this!

Topper Way too short and thin

I purchased a twin TEMPUR-Adapt® Topper directly from the Tempurpedic website. It was super easy and exceptionally lightweight to remove from the box. I unrolled it and let it expand - for nine days - as it was short and thin and did not cover the length of a standard mattress, so I give it time to expand. I measured the topper, which is just under 2.5" thick and advertised as 3". It is 65" long, advertised as 74" long. The topper cover is over 8" longer than the inside foam.! The zipper cover has 8"of empty space. This was not only a total disappointment but a complete disregard for quality control. This is not even close to what the product stated it was. Do not buy the mattress topper! I already started my claim for return, but honestly, this should just be tosses out or donated to an animal shelter for a thin dog pad.
