I have ordered several mattress toppers from this company. Recently I ordered 1 for my husband because he was coming home from the hospital. My husband died before he made it home, my mattress topper came bet it wasn't the sme one that I usually get. It's soft and mushy and slides all over. It's also very hot, but I was so consumed with grief over my husband I didn't even call them; and to make matters worse I was told I have stage 4 lung cancer and get chemotherapy now. All this occurred in March. I would like to know if they even have the one I usual receive or did tempurpedic change the mattress topper I would gladly change this topper and pay the difference

This is an excellent product that transformed a old mattress into a comfortable night. I've used it now for six months and am happy with it, however I really need to update my mattress to know the true value of this topper. I do recommend this and I live in Houston which has been brutally hot lately, and can say that we've not experienced any heat issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It provides great comfort for my hip issue. It gives support and such a wonderful sleeping experience. It has really helped with this hard mattress and improved it by 100 percent! I now can sleep much easier without pain without waking up tossing and turning. I definitely recommend it!

I love the topper and my husband hates it.

The topper is softer than we expected. It has been great for me, but my husband hates it. He finds it get hot at night even though we purchased the additional cooling topper. Every night he wakes up too hot. He Hates the topper. We have a queen bed and do not have room, nor are we interested in a king size bed. Wish there was a good solution for queen size beds to let each sleeper have individual mattress options.

First of all it took three days to come to full use. Plus now that we have been sleeping on it for a few days, we have noticed that it doesn't spring back fast. It stays flat for a while. And our bodies have been sore. This pad is much too soft for us. I was hoping that it was as firm as our tempurpedic mattress. If you are looking for a firm topper, this is not it.
