The topper is excellent , gave more support however since it does not have the cooling into it , is too hot to use it now . My parents are also excited to be using it again for the colder season

This product did the trick. I ordered new mattress prior to this. Sent it back. I converted two XL twins into a king with the topper. Very pleased with the comfort.

My b-i-l purchased an older version of this mattress and was pleased with that model. We both ordered the current model and noticed right away it was not near as comfortable as his original, older model. mattress. I contacted Tempurpedic immediately to inquire how to return it and was told it was non-refundable and I had no recourse. I've cont to use the mattress hoping it will eventually soften but to no avail. Today I removed the cover to wash it and noticed multiple tears in the mattress foam itself. I've had other versions (Serta) of foam mattresses in the past and never had this happen. I am very disappointed both in the mattress as well as Tempurpedics unwillingness to stand by their product and refund my purchase. I will never purchase a Tempurpedic product again and will most certainly not recommend it to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The memory foam topper is good dense quality that is extremely comfortable, cushiony and responsive. I have a firm mattress which is what I want and need, but working in healthcare I was having issues with sore hips even after an adequate night's sleep. I added this Tempurpedic Memory Foam Topper and have not any any issues with soreness since! It was a sound purchase and I would recommend it immediately, no hesitations! Also, just as an aside: No issues with any movement of the topper on the mattress as I had read in reviews of other brands.

Took 3 days to open and then sides lower. Too soft for us. Wish I could get my money back. Instead it's rolled up in the storage shed.
