[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought toppers that barely make a difference. This is the opposite. I had a really hard bed. Put this topper on it, and now the bed is too soft. My bed is better with it than without it. So, I'm happy to have it.

It's great for me, but too soft and warm for hubby. Have been unable to determine if the cooling topper would have been firmer. Doesn't sound like it from the description, though.
