[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doesn't fit our king bed. It's short by approximately 4 inches. Called customer service and they said this is a non refundable item (as indicated in the fine print). I will not be purchasing a topper from here again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased that the topper arrived promptly, well packaged and easily managed. Additionally, the topper is a perfect match in size for my tempur-pedic mattress, so there is no side-of-the-bed ridge or gully. The only drawback is the firmness which doesn't meet my hopes for the topper. Essentially it only echoes the existing mattress, neither adding nor subtracting anything. I thought a new topper might add new spring to the aging mattress. It is an economic solution if you aren't yet ready to purchase a new mattress. Be sure, though, that you are content with a marshmallow firmness.
