[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased an adapter topper. It came defective. When I notified the company, rather than replace it they said I needed to file a warranty claim. I filed a claim and received the new topper. However, I was charged an additional $18 for shipping to replace the topper. This process is broken as I should not have had to pay additional money to replace a defective topper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress topper fulfills its purpose. It definitely makes sleeping better on a hard mattress. The only improvement I could ask for would be to make sure the topper doesn't move bedtime to bedtime. Sometimes need to pull it up to its original position before bed.

We like the topper very much but it should have a better system for keeping it in place. It consistently move away from the headboard causing our pillows to drop into the cavity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put the Tempur-Adapt topper on our old mattress, and immediately noticed a great improvement. It is totally comfy without being too soft. I recommend it especially for people with joint problems, as it relieves pressure on shoulders, hips, etc. There are other memory foam products out there, and I've tried some of them. For my money, Tempur-Pedic is hands down the very best!
