[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My shoulders are my stress points, my original mattress is very hard which makes me very uncomfortable. After adding this topper, it pretty much solves my problem as it is very soft yet it still provides support to my waist. I drawback is it is quick hot sleeping on it.

When I first slept on it, I felt like my body sank in; however, I found that I slept longer in the new mattress topper and I did not get a back ache like had experienced with my old mattress topper. There's something about the material that causes very uncomfortable sleeping. I called customer service after 10 days & the woman I spoke to said " since I had it for so long they couldn't do anything". Expensive mistake!
