[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first received the topper it was great but then we noticed it started to sink in where we were sleeping. I wrote to the company but am getting the run around with replacing the topper. ( asking for more pictures). Now I just want my money back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several of these already and everyone notices how much more comfortable they make the beds! I ordered a queen and a full for 2 sofa beds when we were expecting a houseful of family. The sofa beds have not been popular in the past, but had to be used. After not receiving them by the beginning of the week that our company was coming, I called to cancel my order, as I could see they hadn't shipped yet. The very nice woman I spoke to said I couldn't cancel and that the system was down so she couldn't tell me anything. I was so frustrated but to my amazement a day or so later I saw they had shipped and were due the Friday I needed them! And they arrived on time and were very much appreciated. Thank you!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the full size mattress topper online and it came in a box, of course, but it was wrapped in plastic wrap rather messily. It was surprising to me that it had come from Tempur-pedic. It looked like someone just wrapped it in plastic in a hurry and threw it in the box. Parts of it were not even covered in the plastic. Beyond that initial shock, the topper itself is wonderfully comfortable and makes the much-too-hard mattress that I have more manageable. I did notice, however, that the topper itself is narrower than my full-size mattress, and I'm going to measure the two to see by how much. Again, strange. I'm not sure why a full-size topper would not be equivalent in width to a full size mattress. Overall, I'm pleased with the topper, but not pleased with how it arrived in the mail nor with the overall size.
