[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third time I've tried to leave a review so let's see if they will actually approve a 1 star review or if they just keep filtering them. This is the lowest quality "mattress topper" I've ever owned. It's just piece of thin material that mushes down with a slight touch, nevermind with a human sleeping on it. It caused me terrible back pain in just a few days of using. Since they don't take returns of this and it turned out to be such poor quality, I would not recommend this product.

A friend said that he had gotten a Tempur-Pedic mattress and it made a huge difference for him. Although we couldn't get a new mattress at this time, I ordered the mattress topper. Two days later I cancelled the appointment at a pain clinic and was able to get out of bed and move without pain. The best purchase we ever made. Planning to get a Tempur-Pedic mattress next year.

The pad is comfortable. The cooling topper is slippery so the fitted sheet doesn't stay in place well.
