Quality has gone downhill

We ordered this thinking it would be the typical, tempurpedic material. With a long bounce back, great support and high density foam. What we got is a topper I can literally grab into my fist. If you lay it on the floor and lay down, you only feel the floor. The sides puff up when you lay in it as well. This is a cheap topper that they highly overcharge for and refuse to allow you to return. But something else - this brand is going downhill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So we decided to research mattress toppers hoping to find one that would ease our hip and shoulder discomfort. We settled on the Tempur-Adapt Topper. The first night my partner felt immediate relief; me, not so much. However, after a few nights, we both agreed that the topper was making a significant difference in our getting a restful night's sleep. And we highly recommend it!

No support, incredibly hot

Don't buy this. I tried to return this after trying it out and they wouldn't let me even exchange it for another product... It feels like a cheap foam topper, sleeps VERY hot and doesn't offer any spine support and gave me a lot of back pain, which stopped when I took it off our bed. Really disappointed.
