Finally some good sleep

My sister swore by this topper, and when my fiancee and I finally decided to get one of our own we were not disappointed. Provides gentle but firm support to the back. We got the cooling version since we both tend to run hot in our sleep. I'm not sure how much difference it really makes once you have a mattress protector and sheet covering it, but the price difference is not that steep and we need all the help we can get in the cooling department. However, you could definitely skip that add-on and still have a great topper.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping my 4 year old would stay in his bed if I got this topper but alas, he's in mine right now. When I put him to bed though it's SO comfy, I almost fall asleep.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I now sleep so well. I do not toss and turn all night. My body doesnt ache as much in the morning. My old dog that has joint pain even spends more time sleeping on the bed.
I have a bad shoulder. Our bed mattress is firm and I was in pain all the time I decided to try a topper After reviewing I ordered the 3" I notice a big difference now in the pain. The pressure on my shoulder is definitely improved. Definitely recommend. Sleeping much better
My topper came with a damaged cover. The glue was spread out in a 6' radius with 'labels,' stuck on the glue. Customer service told me to wash it. This only made it worse, the glue bunched up the fabric, and customer service ignored my follow up emails asking how I could get a replacement cover. I bought a mattress cover from another company which was fine. The topper did offer some comfort but after one year it split down the middle. Check the fine print-there are no refunds, so I just doubled up on the mattress covers. A very disappointing experience overall.
The topper that I purchased is made of genuine quality, but poor support. When I lay down, I sink down to the mattress and wake up each morning with a backache.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a TempurPedic adjustable mattress. I wanted a softer mattress than the previous TempurPedic I had. The mattress I bought was rated medium, so just in case it wasn't soft enough, I got the topper. As it turns out, the mattress was too firm and the topper didn't make it feel much softer. It also raised the height of the bed too high for me to comfortably get in and out of bed. I'm making it work, but it is not the ideal situation I had in mind. For someone looking for an actual "medium" firmness, this would probably be perfect.
