We needed something with some softness to cushion a leg injury, but the back aches from sleeping on this topper plagued me from the minute I laid down. We switched it with the topper on our guest bed and hope our family and friends will forgive us.

We have an original Tempurpedic from back when there was only one. It's over 20 years old and a little dried out so not as cushy as it was. We bought a topper for it and now it's like new again. Weightless feel just like it was when we first bought it.
