Difficult to maneuver

I really wanted to love this topper but it's not easy to adjust yourself - the topper sinks a bit with your body weight so trying to scoot over or change your position is a challenge. I'm 5'3" and 120 pounds and got a real core workout attempting to get comfortable. Once I finally accomplished that it was fine but discovered I really don't like the feeling of sinking into the topper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pillow top mattress is 10 years old and was getting lumpy and uncomfortable. So I went to my local furniture store and tried out several new mattresses but none of them seemed much better than what I had. Talking to my cousin I found that she uses these mattress toppers And just has to change them every few years and keep the same mattress. I decided to try it and it has worked pretty well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this mattress topper 10/13 with "free shipping in 2 business days". On 10/24 I called Tempur-Pedic because I had still not received it. I was told to wait a few days longer even though the UPS tracking had not moved past "label created". I called back a week later and was told that I had to call UPS to get them to deliver the topper. Tempur-Pedic no longer wanted to deal with this even though I had never received the topper, and they are the ones who chose UPS as their delivery service, not me. Fortunately, I insisted on having the issue escalated and ended up talking to a very nice lady who found out the topper never made it to UPS and arranged for a new one to be However, now that I have it, I am happy with it. As many, I ordered it because of pain in my hip and shoulder when sleeping on my side. That is now significantly improved. The topper is very comfortable to lie on. I did not get the special cooling one, even though I tend to sleep hot, but the regular topper has not felt hot at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I unraveled the mattress topper happily since I had high hopes for it given the great reputation of Tempurpedic products. I am disappointed. I ordered a king size; it does not fully cover my bed and I have a regular King sized mattress. The edges flip up and look awful. I called and spoke with a customer service person. I thought I had gotten the wrong size. She started a return and said I would get an email with return instructions. I have not received it. The topper gives off a very strong odor that burns my eyes and feels very toxic. Even my dog got sick. I thought the smell would dissipate but it has been a week and it's still strong. Such a strong and persistent odor cannot be healthy. I am disappointed with both the product and customer service. Still waiting for customer support to respond.
