We are constantly having to pull it over to one side or the other because it seems to slide every night as we sleep. I do not like the cheap straps on the corners you use to wrap under your mattress. I feel like it would work better if it was more like a fitted sheet. We also do like how once you are laying there how hard it is to roll over it move around. It is not comfortable at all to us and wake up every morning with back, neck, or leg pains. I am just not satisfied.

Although it was still pretty comfortable, I am so glad I decided to replace it. I'm not sure if the product has changed, but it seems to have extra layers of extra soft material now. I have a chronic pain condition, and I am waking up nearly pain-free for the first time in years!

Very happy with my purchase. I have no issues with it. I thought it seemed a bit thin but really moulds around your body. I'm like Goldilocks when it comes to my bed I need it just right and this does the trick, worth a try with the guarantee I've had it for over a month now and love it!

I have called several times and they said there's nothing that they can do. The pillow is too firm and the topper is too soft. very unsatisfied.
