Love the topper but didn't receive the pillow and mask

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the topper but will not purchase from them again. They didn't send the pillow and sleep mask. I contacted them and they wanted pictures of each item we received(3 toppers and 1 pillow). I told them I have rheumatoid arthritis and my husband and son had made up the beds. I would have had to pull off all the bedding off 3 mattresses and remake them. It just didn't make sense to have to do that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the topper. However, I won't purchase from them again because they didn't send the free pillow and sleep mask. When I contacted them, they wanted pictures of the items I did receive. I told them I have rheumatoid arthritis and my husband had already put everything on the beds and made them up. I would have to unmake the bed to take pictures, then remake it. Just doesn't make sense!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn't purchase any other mattress topper! This one truly feels like you're on a high end tempurpedic bed. I prefer the firmer beds, and although this is definitely softer, it still provides enough support and eliminates back pain wonderfully!! Definitely worth it! My fiance loves the cooling aspect as well, you definitely can feel that difference!

I have never had worse nights sleep since I got this mattress topper. It is so firm I feel like I am sleeping on the ground. Total waste of money

Not cooling at all

The topper itself I am very pleased with. Very comfortable and conforming to my sleep pattern. Although I don't know if the cooling purchase is worth it. I literally feel like I sweat more. I have been on the fence about returning this. If you were thinking about getting this for comfort and your sleep style, it is highly worth it. If you are thinking, it is going to cool you off with being a hot sleeper. It is not worth the extra money. I am very disappointed in that aspect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really sad that the size of the topper does not match the size of the bed and easily shifts overnight. Bed looks really messy every morning. I recommend for a twin bed, but not for a california king because is not the same size. It's smaller.

This topper made the bed perfect...a little cushion to soften those pressure points yet support, helping to end my shoulder and hip pain. Thank you!
