My topper does not fit my twin size mattress properly.

My Tempur-Adapt topper does not fit my twin-size mattress properly. There's a two-inch difference on the sides and a three-inch difference on the bottom. Please, be mindful "toppers are not refundable nor replaced." Wasted over $200.00.

Far too soft, and not at all supportive in the arms and shoulders, as we had been led to expect. After a week or so, we removed it from our bed and stored it in the closet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a base and hybrid mattress in 2020 and love my bed. But I visit my parents often and purchased a mattress topper since I only sleep over a few times a month. It is honestly the best alternative without having to purchase an entire new set up. It molds just like the hybrid on top of a generic mattress and I get quality sleep. As a side sleeper it molds to my back and keeps me cool. The first topper that came was damaged due to the shipping company, but Tempur-pedic sent me a brand new topper literally the day I submitted the damage. Customer service is amazing. I will be moving into the dorms for grad school and plan on taking this topper with me!

I thought my bed previously was very comfortable but now with this cooling pad I cannot believe the comfort I have let alone sleeping well. I wish I could eliminate a star by ½ instead of 1 - I don't get the sense that it's cooling like I believed it would. But the comfort alone is outstanding.
