Comfortable when the weather was cooler, but it was a little hot and softer as the weather got warmer. This topper is softer than the topper supreme which I found out later from the online Rep. I had it on my sleep number bed for about three weeks, then removed it with another brand topper that is firmer and cooler during the night. I guess I will use this topper during the winter time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy with the product, the only drawback is that now my fitted sheet shifts a lot, (the cooling topper has a slippery feel, silkish surface) I am sleeping cooler and more comfortable than with my Serta cooling topper.

My wife and I noticed a much better night's sleep right away with our new Tempurpedic topper. It was cool and adaptive as advertised, and we a lot less aches and pains in the morning. It was a huge improvement to our old mattress. The only complaint we have is we feel it is a bit too soft.

Tried several other 2-3" foam pads. Those just didn't cut it and lost cushion in a short time. So far we're very happy with the quality and comfort of the TEMPUR topper. I have less shoulder pain-I sleep on my side and had to roll over often to get comfortable. Not so much any more. I like the cooling cover too as I tend to run hot when I sleep. My husband has also commented on how comfortable it is.

The cooling topper was great, only problem I had was the zipper broke apart when I set it up. Not sure if it has happened to anyone else. After the first zip around the topper, it broke, so I am not sure how I am going to be able to take it off when it needs a wash and place it back on with a faulty zipper.

I'm giving the 4 stars only because, I'm guessing tempurpedic has their own size of king but it does not fit my bed correctly. But it is super super comfy. Once I can afford it I will be purchasing a whole mattress but plan on keeping the topper!
