We got the topper since we couldn't afford the actual Tempur-Pedic mattress, and we have another very firm memory foam bed...trying to create our own foam hybrid of sorts. It took me about a month to get used to it, and actually when I went to bed with back pain it made it worse (we took the topper off to see the difference). However, since getting used to it and taking care of pre existing back pain, it's quite lovely. I enjoy the marshmallow feel on top of the firm foam bed. The cooling seems nice....could be better. This is my first time on memory foam, so I don't know how hot it would be without it, but I still get warm. As mushy as it is, it's good for stomach, side and back sleeping. My husband doesn't have back pain anymore and can sleep in without issue. We are happy with our purchase.

Comfortable but a little softer than expected. Cooling topper doesn't keep it that cool. Wish it had straps to hold pad in place on top of mattress.

Love Tempurpedic but feel oversold on the cooling part

My wife and I have had tempurpedic king size(s) for many years. We bought this topper for one of our guest beds and I spent a week sleeping on it to test it out. The topper made a big difference in support on a medium-priced mattress but the cooling topper wasn't very cooling.

I bought a cooling topper and it really does keep me cool while sleeping. I decided to buy it cause my mattress is too firm and it hurt my back... This product mitigate the situation, but not fully.... So if I think of the price that I paid, I'm not sure whether it was completely worth it.
