Waste of money and non-refundable

Paid nearly $400 and the products uncomfortable (too spongy), hotter than my normal mattress and smells like rubber. After trying to adapt to the product for 2 weeks, I've given up as it was making my back hurt and the smell still lingers. Final discovery was you cannot return for a refund (like their mattresses). Buyer beware.

We purchased the Tempur-Adapt cooling topper and feel like we're sleeping on a new, better mattress! So comfortable and supportive and we sleep like babies. My mattress is only a couple years old but doesnt have the support and cushion I need for my lower back and hips, so Ive tried a few toppers. This one has absolutely nailed what I need as a side and back sleeper. You sink into it a little and it conforms to your shape in any position providing fantastic support and alighnment while staying cool. It was also a selling point that it has the corner straps to keep it in position - but for some reason the topper still shifts a lot on the mattress. I might need to play around with how cinched in the straps are though.
