My hips and back stopped hurting after 1 nights of sleep on this topper. Topper gained its shape in minutes & I love the cooling cover! It really works and it's so nice to crawl into bed and get an actual good nights sleep and stay cool!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This mattress topper is supposed to keep you cool at night with the special cooling topper but honestly I'm still very warm. I just wish there was a mattress topper that didn't make you feel like you are sweating in the middle of the night. And I know it's the mattress topper because I visited family recently and did not feel warm at night in their house.

I have to adjust the topper every few days because it keeps falling off the edge of the mattress (I know there is a work-around to that but would have expected Tempurpedic to have addressed it in their product). It is too soft - so now my neck starts hurting because my pillow is too high. And, the #1 reason I bought it is for the cooling properties, of which I find it apparently doesn't have. I must have misunderstood the return policy because they don't have one.

Tempurpedic is usually firm and supportive but this topper is awful. You sink all the way into it like an old worn out mattress. It offers no support whatsoever. And don't waste your money on the extra cooling option. Doesn't work and you still wake up hot. Sad that it's non-returnable and I just threw away money.

I was given a Tempurpedic bed and mattress. I love it, but it was a little too firm for me as a side sleeper. I bought this topper to make the bed softer. It is now perfect for me. Excellent product and company!

Topper is NOT cooler as advertised. No difference than the memory foam which we replaced with the Temperpedic topper. Also slides around on the queen mattress and has to be re-adjusted each time the bed is remade. Diappointed.

Do not buy unless you are cold blooded. Bought the extra topper claiming to be a cooler sleep. This topper will make you sweat like your running a marathon. It's the worst experience I have ever had trying to sleep. DO NOT BUY

Although it's advertised to have a cooling tech. Its still somewhat warm. Also it slides around on the bed a little and has to be adjusted every 3 or 4 days. Due to the weight that's not an easy task.
