[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product on a recommendation of a friend who has one, but this product has been a disappointment. Not only is it not cooling, but after only a handful of sleeps has a rut which is opposite of what I need. I got a memory topper to help with my back, but the foam doesn't go in and out of my curves giving the support I need. It just has a run where I lay. Awfully disappointing and side note, this did not come with ANY directions for first timers. I found my self looking up proper set and such on You Tube.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great option if you can't purchase the whole bed. We had to purchase extra deep pocket fitted sheet. It does tend to slide a little bit but otherwise great! My back pain went away.

There is really no comparison, even though the "cooling" topper is more expensive, its nowhere near the quality. One of of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made considering how much I loved the normal one.

Back pain and discomfort instantly went away, sleep became longer and more sound and my level of energy improved as a result. Given that I travel quite a bit for work, I only wish I could roll it up and take it with me on the road !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topper is very soft and you sink right into it but it moves easily and I'm constantly readjusting my mattress protector and fitted sheet. There were zero instructions in the box so it took a minute to figure out how to put the padding into the cooling topper and the pad seems fragile like it is going to tear with any pulling. Overall I'm satisfied with the improved comfort level it added to my mattress.
