[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had another brand of topper on the mattress in a guest bedroom. I was told it was uncomfortable. I tried it myself and found it was too soft. I saw the Tempur-Pedic toppers online and they were on sale, so I ordered one. 2 people have slept on it and said it was comfortable, and a big improvement over the old topper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received 2 xl twin mattress toppers. When I opened them, they had different packaging. One was in a vacuum sealed plastic I had to cut open. The other was in shrink wrap in a bag, just rolled out- no cutting or anything. They won't allow an exchange/refund as I feel it is a returned item. They will not call, just multiple back and forth emails- such a waste of time. It is a cooling cover, not a cooling mattress topper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading so many reviews about how I should just add the cooling topper to my temperpedic mattress. I definitely am happy I purchased this. It really feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud, but not too soft, just right. It's cool to the touch but after putting the sheets on it's not as cool as I'd like but that could just be the sheets I have. My partner and I definitely sleep way better! I would give it a 4.5 star cause it is a little more slippery than I expected and less cooling then I thought but that wouldn't keep me from buying it again.
