Topper was too short for my full size bed, contacted customer support. Absolutely no help. Will not purchase Tempur-pedic in the future. Going with Purple.

I was very excited to try this mattress topper after seeing all the reviews. However, after the first night, we knew it was not going to work for us. It felt like we were sinking into the mattress, plus it came with a strong paint smell. I had purchased it seeing that there was a 10 year warranty but after reaching out to customer service the very next morning, I was informed that they do not in fact accept any returns of mattesss toppers! Only if there is a "defect"! So disappointed that we are stuck with an expensive mattress topper that we don't like. What a waste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner and I had purchased a new mattress that turned out to be too firm. I wanted the feeling of soft comfort while still having the benefit of a firm mattress. This topper filled the bill. My only complaint is that it should have cooling technology but I still wake up hot and have to roll off my current spot to get cooled off.
