However, my recent purchase of the Adapt cooling topper left me deeply disappointed. Not only does it lack the promised cooling effect, but it's also excessively soft, causing me significant discomfort and severe back pain. What compounds the issue is that Tempurpedic, despite charging nearly $400 for this product, does not offer refunds due to its product category. This situation is both frustrating and unreasonable, especially when a product fails to meet the advertised standards. I strongly urge Tempurpedic to reevaluate their product offerings and maintain their reputation for delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations. As a long-time customer, I'm disheartened by this experience and, regrettably, do not plan on making any future purchases from Tempurpedic. I also feel obligated to caution potential buyers to exercise caution when considering the Adapt cooling topper.

I have been adding different toppers to try to get it more comfortable for almost two years. This is the best mattress topper I have found. It feels so comfortable getting into bed and it definitely has the cooling effect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the mattress topper has been pretty good. I am a side sleeper and was having neck pain that has definitely improved. My only complaint is that even with the straps and deep pocket sheets the topper still slides down at night and leaves a gap that our pillows fall in. In the end I would still buy it again for the good night sleep.

Did the research and went with the Tempur-Pedic topper even though it was $$$$. It does soften up the bed up. Wish it was thicker. Even with the corner straps it still slides down on the mattress, needs some grip strips on the topper cover.
