We are getting a great night's sleep with our new topper. I especially like the bands that hold the corners to the mattress. Other toppers would slide around. The quality of this topper is really great. Very well made. My husband was having back issues with our old mattress. This topper has made if possible for him to get a good nights sleep. We are enjoying our sleep so much better now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's softer than I was expecting.. I will wake up with my back hurting after 2-4 hrs. I'm not sure if it's because it is soft or what. It's hard for me to roll from side to side. For me, it's pretty warm. I would say most of my issues are just me. It is very comfortable, especially when I first lay down. My husband has no complaints, but he did mention one time that he thought he could get pretty warm on it.

Soft but Supportive

The topper is fine however they don't take the same pride in the topper cover. I received the king size version and when I looked closely at the cover I discovered 3 holes in the cover. I notified them about the holes and they asked me to send pictures. I sent the pictures and used a pen to point out the holes. They sent back saying they don't see the holes. I resent the pictures using a closeup of the holes and again they said they didn't see the holes. All I wanted was to get a replacement cover not the hole topper. Their customer service really doesn't care about me. The topper is great but I expected a cover without any holes.
