My goodness I love this mattress topper!! I listened to people who said you sink in and can't move. Yes you do sink a bit but you can still move. This is so comfortable!!!! I wish I got one sooner! I was having issues with my new mattress not supporting my knees enough and would wake with knee pain that would go away as the day went on but this topper fixed that with pressure point control. I'm mostly a stomach sleeper. With this topper all positions are comfy. It is worth the price. Get this before you try the knock offs and have to get this one when the others don't work.

The online description stated firm but the actual topper was labelled medium. I would not have purchased if the description stated medium. When I spoke with representative I was told you don't even have a firm topper.

The adds for this product give a faulty description that says it conforms to the body so that it eases pressure points to give comfort to the joints. Well, I bought it and now my back aches every morning, which it never did! Now I wake up every morning with a stiff back. Very disappointed in my purchase. I'm going to haul it to the guest bedroom because of the discomfort to my back.

Would give it a zero if I could. Not at all worth the money. over promises how it would improve your sleep. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!!

Our adult daughter had a bout with insomnia, and did not want to come visit us post pandemic because she was worried that she wouldn't be able to sleep in our new, small apartment where we no longer have a guest bed. Instead, we use our Danish style couch that converts to a bed by folding the back down so that you sleep from arm to arm like you would on a regular couch, but it's wider because you have the couch back combined with the couch seat. The main problem with this is that there is an uncomfortable stripe down the middle where the two parts join. Anyway, we solved the problem with this mattress topper. Our princess could not feel the pea, er, annoying stripe at the join. In fact, she says that she's never slept better and now wants to come visit all the time. Careful what you wish for We are able to store the topper under the couch, which was also a concern for us in our small space. So pricey but worth it

Not the right size

The mattress topper without the cooling cover is the exact size of the mattress, once you put the cover on, it is squished in and you lose about 6 inches off the end of the mattress. I called and complained about it and they could not help me. This is an expensive mattress topper for it not to fit a king size mattress. It constantly moves now and will move down so your pillows get sucked in the top of your bed. I would not recommend. I feel it would feel better with the right size cover but since it is squished in the cover its not providing the comfort it would if it fit the cover.

Way too soft

We bought this hoping it would help with our bed. It's comfortable but way too soft. You sink so far in. I feel like I'm slopped towards the opposite side of the bed. Not happy to spend so much money and it not help our sleep.

Unfortunately I do not like ANY MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS OR TOPPERS. I never slept on a memory foam product and tried it out and disliked it immensely. If I did not have to pay for shipping I would of returned it. IT WAS VERY HOT TO SLEEP ON AND NO MOVEMENT OR BOUNCE TO IT. I opted to switch it with the pull out mattress and place the temperpedic on the bottom of the pull out couch mattres. I am currently In the process of purchasing a classic mattress that is plush and has bounce to it. SORRY, THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR ME.
