[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These beds are awesome ever since I bought my first one in 2009 these have Benn by far my favorite to sleep on. Best sleep ever. Made a huge mistake by purchasing a sleep number. Sleep number are horrible wake up with back ache each time I got this topper to remedy and it's so much better once it's time to buy a new bed it will definitely be a temper pedic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest...I had to give it a few days, but THEN...OMG, it is so comfy! We have it on top our tempur-pedic cloud mattress that was purchased back in 2013. Our original mattress seem to be getting stiffer and uncomfortable. This helped immensely. At first it seemed too soft but it was just my body adjusting I believe. It does make the mattress combo heavier and a bit of a challenge when changing out sheets at the end of bed when it comes to tucking. But well worth the comfort! :-) Wish we would of got it WAY sooner!

Smaller than your bed!!

The topper is 2 1/2 inches smaller than my mattress. Customer service said, basically, that's my problem for thinking that "full" meant "full" and trusting the photos on the cite. The rep was obstreperous and got angry with me for not being a better customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second topper from Tempur-Pedic. The first one was perfect -- it supported me, while providing relief from pressure points while I slept on my side. I loved it so much that I recommended it to everyone I knew and bought one from my dad. I purchased this second one because my elderly cat was way too sick on my first one, I had even moved to the couch for her last few months, when she passed I put this new topper on my bed. Immediately I saw how flat it was and knew it would probably need a couple days to get up to shape. I let it unfurl for 3 days, it NEVER filled out the cover (still hasn't a few months later) and it compresses to almost nothing when I sleep on it. I now wake up in pain most mornings. I reached out to see if it was under warranty, pretty much the only way I'd give the company another chance, i'm not shelling out more than $500 for the same risk. They said I didn't meet their 10 year warranty criteria. I'm done. I am actually going to tell everyone I recommended this thing to about my experience. To say i'm disappointed is an understatement. The only solace to losing my beloved elderly cat was that I could reclaim a good night sleep again. Now I don't even have that. I feel both unsupported when I sleep and by the company that sold me this product.
