Made just like the Tempurpedic mattress with the same feel of being enveloped to the contour of your body......It is firm, if that is what you seek and become more pliable with your body heat.

Incredibly comfortable

I suddenly wasn't sleeping comfortably on my mattress. My sleep was uneven, and I was waking up every day with either back or knee pain, or both. After reading several reviews on this and other websites, I decided to give this topper a try. O-M-G. What a difference! I now wake up with no pain, and I sleep without frequently waking up to shift my position. I'm a side sleeper, and just could not get comfortable before. Now I am just soooooo supported. I wish I had gotten this sooner! Plus setup was a breeze, and there is no discernable chemical smell, even right out of the plastic. Love it. ❤️

Terrible quality

This mattress topper is like sleeping on a brick. It has caused me and my significant other terrible back pain. I tried to get a refund for another topper but they only allow refunds for physical problems with the bed. I thought at first there is gel in the topper and maybe it was freezing because my house is cold. But then spring/summer came and the bed was still hard as a rock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Uncomfortable. No returns.

This thing isn't comfortable at all. It's hurts my back and neck. It makes the bed much warmer. Meanwhile, Tempur Pedic doesn't accept returns. Save yourself the trouble and try a 1 or 2 inch topper from elsewhere.

Mostly Good!

The topper came frozen with no directions about opening it, thawing it (yikes) and when it could be slept on. Mixed messages from your agents were confusing. Once it 'laid down' I was relieved it was unscathed. I am nearly pain free during sleeping or napping hours thank goodness. I have to master sitting on the edge without feeling I am about to fall off. Thank You.

This topper has really made our bed MUCH more comfortable! And helps us to get better sleep! Only issue we have is it tends to not stay aligned on the mattress.

It's like sleeping in heated quicksand.

Don't buy one. It's like sleeping on a heater that gets hotter and hotter as the night goes on. After a few hours of sleeping, when you sit up, place your hands over the spot you sank into and you can feel the heat radiating away from the foam. It's also like sleeping in sludge or quicksand. After a couple of minutes, the foam compresses and you are in a pit. When you try to roll over you have to roll up and out of the pit. It's such an odd feeling to work to roll out of a hole in your bed just to roll onto your side. If you want a cool and breathable mattress to sleep in then don't buy a Tempur Pedic.
