[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is experiencing back stiffness. We loved it a the beginning but then We notice the topper may be a bit too too soft for the both of us. We need something more firm where you don't sink in and it's hard to pull turn yourself over....too soft. If you really love soft this is a good topper to buy. Not for us.

I had some heal pain that I was hoping to be relieved by the topper, and while it has helped, my heels don't feel as "cushioned" as I had hoped and still are sore when I lay on my back. I am sure this product could be great for many out there, but it has not met my expectations and needs for purchase, especially for such an expensive purchase as this. Unfortunately, I will be looking for something else to replace it in the future when funds are available again.

The topper did help but hard to evaluate its total value under the circumstances. It did seem to sleep a little warm, which would be great for our winters, but think would be too warm for summer.

Once settled in for the night the topper cradles your body and no more joint pain from side sleeping. My husband is a back sleeper and before the topper he had low back pain. Now it's gone. Very pleased with it, plus a ten year warranty!
