I hope it softens in time so I won't need the step ladder. Still thankful it helped me with the firm mattress problem.

Could not afford the mattress on my budget but this 3 in topper is great for me. Love to try a mattress. My wish list maybe.

Very uncomfortable and can't return

I bout this topper to place on top of a brand new futon when I have guests. There are no straps on the futon to hold it in place so it slides all over. The topper itself is very hard. Ive slept on tempur-pedic before and they were very comfortable, but when I tried the topper it felt very different. Didnt realize i couldn't return it so now im stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Now if they'd only add corner anchor straps to keep it from moving off the side of the bed and requiring readjustment every morning, it would be truly perfect.
