This topper made my neck pain worse!

This topper is awful. I bought it thinking it would help my neck pain and just made it worse. It's supposed to be an orthopedic topper, but it's like sleeping on a water/jelly bed. Unstable. No support at all. If you go to bed high and don't have any back/neck issues this topper could be for you. Also, how is there is no refund policy for this?! What a joke!

We are still deciding on the comfort of this topper. At first it was a welcome change but as time has gone on, not in love with it. My husband says he gets trapped and cannot roll over. To me it seems to be developing lumps. I was disappointed that there were NO papers included in the packing to tell me about the warranty, the product or return instructions. The only thing packaged was the topper and nothing else in the box.

This is our second tempur-pedic topper we have purchased and we are so happy with it! It replaced a down topper and makes our firm mattress sleep worthy! Happy and now well rested side sleepers!

I find that if the room is cold the mattress topper becomes harder and not as comfortable. I believe I made a mistake in purchasing this product. I would send it back but there is no way to get it back into the box.
