Too soft

I was expecting a slightly firm mattress topper. Not good for people with back issues. Also, they don't have a refund/return policy for this.

We noticed our first night that it made a big difference and love it. We also bought it for a cooler touch which it has proven to be. We tend to be hot but not any more! Glad we got it after reviewing so many others.

Great Topper

My 12 year old was so happy to get this. He had been complaining about the softness of his mattress. When I asked him what he thought about it, he energetically said, "I love it, it's so comfy!"

Annoying, Not worth the money

Quality is what you would expect, but honestly it isn't comfortable. We have to consistently adjust due to the fact no matter what you do, the topper will never stay in place. You have to consistently adjust the topper by removing the bedsheets and re-centering it. Or you have to deal with a 6+ inch gap on either side of the bed as it tries to slide to one side or the other. If I had known the topper was impossible to keep on the bed without it moving daily, I would have never thrown my money away on this horrible product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could be better

In some ways this topper is really comfy. When you lay down you feel so cozy. However, I think it is too soft. If you prefer a bit of a firmer bed, you may not like it. It did make it easier to sleep on my back though. But my main issue is that it does hold heat. We got the cooling topper, but still it does hold some heat where you are laying. Not as much as some memory foam I have slept on though. And we didn't realize that if you order a topper online there is no option to return it. So I was bummed about that. We are going to use it for a topper in our camper instead.

Like sleeping on a cloud

My wife and I purchased one of those mattresses that come in a box and got a firm one due to my past back issues. My wife was struggling to get good sleep with the firmer mattress so we bought this topper. Now we both love our bed. It's so comfortable, I actually look forward to going to bed each night. And my back issues have not flared up at all while using this. So glad we spent the extra money for the topper!
