Better than I thought possible

I ordered the mattress topper for a pull-out couch for which we paid extra for a mattress through which you cannot feel the couch support bars. That part was true to its advertisement, but what the advertisement didn't say was that the mattress would be EXTREMELY firm so that you can't feel the bars. I bought the topper with the hope of making sleeping on the couch at least tolerable. The topper totally changed the sleeping experience! It was like sleeping on a new bed. Both my husband (200 lbs) and myself (120 lbs) had a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this topper. And it rolls up for easy storage in the closet.

Ordered the topper and their customer service was excellent. The first topper came with a ripped cover and they replaced it super fast and super easy. The replacement topper arrived the following week and was in perfect condition. Easy sleeping nights ever since.

I am pregnant and wasn't able to sleep at night due to back pain, but ordered this to see if it will help me with the back pain. And it did indeed help. I sleep very good without any backpain, Wake up without a back pain. I would recommend if someone is going through the same problem as I did.

Finally sleeping all night

I got this topper, not expecting much, boy was I wrong. My normal nights were spent turning side to side due to the pain in my hips & legs. Since having this, I sleep all night with no pain! What a difference! Well worth the $$

Chemical Smell, lasts 4+ months

The product is fairly comfortable, but fills up a bedroom with the smell of nail polish and dry erase marker. Despite leaving it to air out for weeks and hoping the smell would subside, it has not. After asking for a replacement or a refund, the customer service team refused, suggesting that the smell was normal. Terrible experience, find a different product!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A solid topper

Oh where to begin! My partner and I bought this topper in the hopes that it would let us sleep a little bit more comfortably at night. It's perfect! I've been getting immensely better sleep since adding the topper. No back pain, better sleep, overall just a better bed. I recommend!
