I thought the topper would be firm and help my back but it was way to soft to give any support, absolutely no help for any relief to my back.

I bought this because my partner was having back pain. I have a full-size bed and bought the full topper. Without the topper, my mattress is on the firmer side. The topper didn't actually go all the way to the edges and would come on done when we moved around too much. Additionally, it was so soft that it would take a significant amount of effort to move around while we were sleeping and made other activities we do in bed together more limited due to the difficulty of moving. Because you sink into it, it's also incredibly warm. For the price, I am disappointed, and considering it's not returnable, I suppose it's just money wasted.

This topper is comfortable I sleep like a baby at night. I am no longer having lower back pain. The only down fall is it does slide of my Tempur-Pedic mattress.

I was very impressed with the shipping of the product and how compact it came. This is also handy when you are needing to put it away for any reason. With a helper, you can really get this thing to a minimal size and rolled up for storing away. The foam expanded to its full size within a couple of hours of putting it on my bed and I had great sleep the first few nights. However, although the straps do keep it on my mattress, it did begin to shift downward on my bed creating a gap between it and the headboard. This isn't a huge deal - but does get annoying having to adjust it each morning. Overall - very comfortable, easy to get on the bed and great quality.
