Took 3 days to open and then sides lower. Too soft for us. Wish I could get my money back. Instead it's rolled up in the storage shed.

The mattress pad is very comfortable. I like that it comes with a washable cover. The straps really dont help it stay on the mattress so it does slide. I also really didnt notice a huge change in night sweats.

My husband bought a new bed and got traditional tufted mattresses after ten years with our tempur-pedic mattress. What was he thinking! I quickly ordered a topper for my side (adjustable split king). But when I take it on a trip it is flat and I need to use a wedge for my GERD. It would be fantastic if Tempur-pedic would make a twin XL wedge topper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three months in and this purchase is exactly as described. I bought this to make my firm mattress a more pleasant experience. Four inches was probably more than I needed. I bought this thickness believing the quality wouldn't be that great and I would need a couple of inches to compensate. I was wrong. This topper is always four inches. It hasn't decreased over time. If I change positions the foam goes right back to its previous position. Extremely good quality. Very pleased with the purchase.

Not the same density high quality topper!!

This tempurpedic matress topper is not the same dense material that it always was. It is a low quality not dense foam that sinks down & is like you have zero mattress topper. It is so wrong that you switched the foam that it is made out of & tried to mask it with a new name and pay extra for a cooling zipper cover. This is an awful company that does not care. I have been purchasing these toppers for at least 15 years... & giving them to people without beds or old beds. I have chronic pain & use a new one every year or two. Shame on you. It is low quality foam that I would be embarrassed to even give to someone for camping because it is like nothing. Bad customer service. The company does not care. They only want to sell the expensive bed.
