[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this topper because my wife had tried it at her sister's place last year. That topper was firm and very comfortable. We ordered the same one, but it's not firm. At all. Read reviews later that said Tempur Pedic had changed the materials recently. So now we're stuck with this soft topper that we can't sleep on and that Tempur Pedic refuses to let us return. Customer service wasn't helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our product arrived on time and well packaged. Upon opening I was concerned it wasn't the right thickness, but after several hours it did indeed rise to the proper 3" height by bed time. We found the level of loft very comforting and "cushiony". However, we are already noticing areas that have less support than others. I am 5'2" 105 lbs, my husband is 5'10" and about 150 lbs. We aren't making a big impact on the product, so it is concerning to see the level of break down already. Our bed underneath is a new extra firm BeautyRest silver, and there is no spring issues that would lead to the memory foam sinking. Again, I am optimistic that it will be fine, but we fear it just isn't the same quality foam that they use in their own bed line.

It is not the same tempur material as before, the quality went down and is much softer than before. This mattress topper hurt my back, it has absolutely no support.
