[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been experiencing back pain for ages after sleeping on bad college mattresses and then a cheap IKEA mattress. I did not have the budget to make a full upgrade to a new mattress, but I knew I needed some sort of solution. This mattress topper was a dream. I sleep so well now and wake up with hugely reduced back pain (and no back pain if I remember to stretch consistently!!!). So grateful for this product, does exactly what you need it to do.

Absolutely horrible! I bought this topper, hoping it would make my super firm bed more comfortable and it is so squishy it makes it hard to even roll over in bed at night. I honestly think mine might be defective, but the company will do nothing since toppers are not returnable or exchangeable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We opened our topper from the box to find a massive tear (6+ inches). This topper is also rock hard and feels like you're sleeping on the floor. After contacting customer service, they were reluctant to tell me how to process a return because "only the mattresses" apply for the 90 day love it or return it policy. I have sent them photos of the damage and have still not heard back after a week. Overall, would NOT recommend the topper or buying from Tempur-pedic as their customer service sucks. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

I wrote to the company but am getting the run around with replacing the topper. ( asking for more pictures). Now I just want my money back.

Took a long time to get the topper, yet the advertisement still said "the savings ends Monday" weeks later. The box it came in was brown and the topper had clear plastic wrapping without anything protective cover. Sleeping in it and found the much softer on one side than the other, as if it was used and compressed over time. Sleeping like in a hammock.
