A Bed of Regrets

I regret this Tempur-adapt purchase. It feels like laying in a bath of hot wet gooey cement. Hot (did I mention hot?), uncomfortable, and no support. No return policy. If this is the gateway to the top end mattresses and materials, I am turning around. What is frustrating is we spent triple what I usually would for a topper expecting the promises to be true on the website of great performance. We have to discard it and I cannot understand the 4+ star rating. I don't have words how strongly disappointing this is. A cheaper topper is better...the cardboard delivery box would be better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As her daughter and caretaker, I wanted to protect her body and the integrity of her mattress. The mattress pad is magic and I feel she sleeps better with less night wandering. I am so appreciative of the excellent customer service I received when ordering. Every day is a gift with my Mom and I cherish the good days and the hard days and I know buying this mattress pad was the absolute best decision, I have made as part of her care.
