I was hoping to have more support from this topper, but it is nothing like a mattress we purchased several years ago. It has not contributed at all for adding a little firmness to a different mattress that we have.
I would not recommend it if you are lookin for a topper that is anywhere near firm.

This mattress topper is really nice, very soft & comfortable. I think I’m even sleeping better. My only negative is that the elastic pieces in the corners don’t hold it in place. Maybe thicker, stronger pieces would help? Or some silicone strips on the underside. Every morning I have to readjust it.

Too soft

I was really excited about this topper to add a little softness to our already great tempurpedic mattress. Unfortunately, this topper is so soft it collapses around you and provides no support at all. Tried it for 3 nights and my hips were hurting so bad, I had to remove it from the bed. It ended up being a big waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This temperpedic topper ts too soft, I must have order the wrong one. I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER ONES THEY HAVE. I HAVE ARTHRITIS IN MY HIPS AND I need a firmer one.Wasted my money, cannot sleep on it. And I am very disappointed that you can't return unless it is damaged.

Sleeping on a Cloud

This is the best Topper ever. I am have total shoulder replacement on both shoulders later this year because both are now bone on bone. I am a side-sleeper, but now the pain wakes me up after an hour or two. Lying on my back with my arms above my head seems to be the only position that is not painful...until I got the TEMPUR-Adapt Topper! Now I can sleep on my side most of the night before I need to change positions. I can't wait to find out how great sleeping will be once both shoulder surgeries are done and the pain is gone!
