We bought it to help my back pain. It is very comfortable but no matter how I tried to hold it ON the mattress, it kept moving and sliding all the time. The straps to hold it kept getting off and it was a mess every morning to put it back on its place. I could not return it because of the type of product so it went away. Bad buy for me.

We love the topper. It is super comfortable and we feel we sleep a lot better. I have less aches and and pains and my body feels relaxed in the morning. There some negative aspects though: ours is a king size and it's not quite as big as the mattress prob by an inch or two. The other issue we have is that it slides down from the top of the mattress so we continuously have to pull it back up.

We have a platform bed with no boxspring and a mattress that is too hard. We have tried other toppers, the cheap foam material type, made no difference to my husbands aches from many sports injuries. This topper makes us never want to get out of bed. He doesn't feel stiff when he gets up in the morning. One reviewer said this product was too hard, I can't figure that out at all, it seems very soft to me. I can't speak to the cooling aspect. Not sure if it makes the bed cooler or not. Otherwise, highly recommend this product.

We got this topper because Tempur-Pedic is usually a good product. We were both having back trouble so we hoped this would help. We were so disappointed! Instead this topper felt like we were sleeping on a big marshmallow. We both really hated it. Now it is just sitting in the attic and we could not be more disappointed.

Physical therapist noticed an improvement in my upper back in the first week after I got the new topper. I have always been a back sleeper, but with my back issues I've gone to a side sleeper on a firm mattress. The first night of using the new topper I stayed on my back the whole night from what I could tell. I got out of bed in the morning without the typical stiffness, but the best part is that I went without using a pillow for my head! I sank perfectly into the topper and have never felt this comfortable in bed for a very long time. I truly look forward to going to bed again because it's the only place where I can get my whole body to let go and be held comfortably.

I got this as a way to give Tempur-pedic a try before purchasing a mattress. This product is fantastic. The only issue is that the topper slides down the bed and has to be pulled up everyday. Still worth it.
