I LOVE this topper! They way it engulfs your body and also provides support is just incredible. I found the mattress I bought (a traditional "plush" mattress) was way too hard and my body was sore and stiff. Over the past couple of years I tried different toppers and disliked them all- some actually seemed to make things worse. I'm so glad I finally did some proper research on mattress toppers!!! I've been using this for a few months now and it has made sleeping so much better. No more waking up in the middle of the night because something hurts!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about it!! Life changer for me

I purchased the Tempur-Adapt plus cooling topper a little over a month ago, and it saved my life. I had back surgery about five months ago and I was unable to sleep in bed until I got this topper. It is so comfortable and I am able to sleep through the night, pain free, which hasn't happened in a very long time. I am so glad I added the cooling plus, since I do get hot flashes. You can feel the coolness when you lay on the topper, and it does not make you sweat. I love this topper, and I will have one for the rest of my life!

The topper itself came packaged nicely. I had fun unwrapping it and fluffing it out. There wasn't a strong scent, but maybe a hint of a packaged item smell? It dissipated quickly-before bed (6-8hrs). It came with the cooling cover already on. I was excited to finally beat my night sweat. Sadly, I still have a few hot nights despite the claimed "cooling." Overall, it did restore my bed situation until I can get a new mattress in a couple years. I hope it lasts a while because I plan on keeping it around. Oh, if there is a dip in the mattress from someone sitting on the edge, you may still notice that dip every so often. It's not a fix all solution. Last thing, my dog puked on it recently(there goes the warranty, I'm certain), and the cooling cover is not fluid proof at all. Thankfully it came out of the cover and my swift action to get the cover off immediately and start getting the fluid out of the topper worked. -blot as much as you can-do not rub in! On that note, I'm a little disappointed the cooling cover isn't a protector. I feel like the cooling cover is pointless because when you add a protector then sheets will there be any real benefit to the user? The cooling element would be buried away. Cooling cover is minus 2 stars from the 5 star rating, to settle on a 3 because of topper functionality.

We are not happy with these at all and we love Tempurpedic mattresses. What a mistake we made to order this flimsy thin toppers. We realized it right away and tried to return them UNUSED and were refused. Lesson learned about this company. They make great mattresses and crummy toppers. Invest in the mattress and don't let them convince you that these make a difference alone or on another type of mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a nice quality topper with a plush memory foam feel. Note, it will essentially bottom out though in areas under higher weight, if placed on a hard surface.

One reason we purchased this topper was because the description said it was good for using on an older mattress. We have found that to be absolutely true. This topper has alleviated the unevenness of the mattress. I am getting a better night's sleep as a result. Love it!

I wishing would have went with buying a full mattress from tempur-pedic. I made the mistake of going with the new invented purple bed. Don't make the mistake I did. Pay the extra cash so u don't have to go back and waste more money buying multiple mattress toppers to fix your mistake. I bought tempur adapt mattress topper and it made my bed the extremely better. Just wish I went with the mattress 3 years ago. So we lived in the most miserable purple bed for 3 years b4 I broke down and paid the extra. Beds should be comfortable the first night and I kept telling myself I'm not used to it. It's needs the 90 day trial. Wrong. PAY THE EXTRA AND BE HAPPY
