Waking up every morning to lots of aches, and not wanting to replace my 6 yr. Old mattress, I tried this answer to my discomfort! It is terrific and has solved a lot of issues I was living with for years! The only negative is having to buy new sheets...with a deeper pocket!

I was waking up every morning with bad lower back pain. We were about to buy a new mattress but decided to try this first since our mattress wasn't very old. I am so glad we did. It has made all the difference. I no longer wake up with back pain, the topper is so supportive and I love the cooling effect.

The topper was just too soft for me. I gave it to a friend of mine that is a long distance trucker. He put it on his bed in the cab and absolutely loves it! Said it saved him from getting constant back aches. Just not for everyone, but I found the right place for it.
