Comfortable but not cool

The topper is soft and my hips are doing better. However, its not that cool.

Went from having to change positions every 15 minutes to every 45 minutes so an improvement but not as much as hoped for

I was recommended a medium to firm mattress was what I needed for aches and pains while sleeping, but after a year of being on this new mattress I was waking up in horrible shape. It was like this I was sleeping on a sheet of iron. So I did research and instead of buying a new mattress I went and purchased a Tempur-adapt+cooling Topper. After a month now,"WOW"! I go to bed and fall asleep instantly! My shoulder pain back,and leg pain is gone. I wake up in a better disposition than ever. I must say that I made the right decision that saved me from buying a new mattress again. My Cooling Topper was delivered on time, and was easy to place on my bed, and after letting it set for a few I could not wait to try. If I were to have something negative to say, it would be that it is hard to keep a sheet on. But I can live with that. Thank You TEMPUR PEDIC for a fine good quality mattress topper.
