Wife thought the cooling Topper didn't cool. Instead she said it was too hot and too soft. We only used it one night. She refused to sleep on it again. I agree with the 'too soft.'

The topper would have been much better if it was thicker.. Also it keeps sliding on the bed and I have to keep adjusting it. Other than that I like that it's keeps you cool and I don't feel hot at night while sleeping.

We were advised my the sleep pros that this could be used this as a topper for our tempur cloud mattress and it was WAY too soft as a topper. We have had back pain since using it. The cloud alone has been great. If it were an inch and a half less thick I think it would be great. But it's very soft. Alone on a firm mattress it would be great.

I've tried everything. The surface is so slippery that the sheets keep sliding around. I put on another mattress pad, but it was hot and negated the advantage of paying extra for the cooling element. I now have an extra fitted sheet on, which helps a little, but you certainly must know that the surface material needs to be changed. When you have done that, send me a replacement!
