I really like the topper and having the cooling feature doesn't make it too warm. However, I feel it is slightly too soft. But that is a personal preference. I can tell you that I do not wake up with aches like on my mattress without, so overall it's doing a great job. I can also tell that without the cooling feature it would be too warm and I like a warm environment. So consider that if you decide to purchase one.

Bought this expensive topper about 6 weeks ago. Was excited to get it because of the five star reviews. I have chronic lower back and shoulder pain. While it does help somewhat, was disappointed it wasn't what I had hoped for. If I could have returned it, I absolutely would have. Now I am just stuck.

This is soft but you float on top without sinking into the foam. This is esp important in summer so you stay cool. I have had Toppers that are so gushy, you sink into the foam and it overheats you. If you are a side sleeper this Topper helps with the neck and shoulders. I got a Temperpedic Pillow As well and the combination is great.

At 3 inches,this topper feels like luxury.It contours to your body weight.I never imagine 3 inches of material could do this.This topper cover is made of high quality.Its a wonderful topper. I just cannot imagine a 12 inch bed with this material,must be heaven.
