Not firm, not the same quality as previous years

This product is significantly less dense and less firm than the tempur supreme topper than I bought only 3 years ago

Completely transformed my sleep and daily routine

The missing piece

Solved 99% of our sleep problems. We just bought a really good bed but after a few months we thought we wanted a bit more cushioning. This was the perfect addition.

Love Love LOVE

Bought this for my husband who works as a truck driver to put in his bed in the back of his truck. He absolutely LOVES it, says makes sleeping back there so much easier and comfortable. His back use to ache and he was always uncomfortable getting up in the mornings, but not anymore. Great product, love Tempur-pedic!

Read the Fine Print, Beware of Poor Construction

I sent in documentation, pictures and an explanation of the problems with the bands holding down the topper to the mattress below as an issue and as a claim. The bands were sewn on incorrectly to facilitate the holding down of the topper. Why put on bands on the topper if they don't work? The answer to my claim was that it does not match the criteria that Temper-Pedic considers sufficient to replace or repair the topper. I am unable to return the topper under the terms of purchase. I sent in a valid complaint regarding the construction of the cover of the topper, but Tempur-Pedic is not interested in rectifying or correcting the problem. This is just another example of "buyer beware" as the seller is only interested in the money.
