I initially bought this to put on top of my almost 14 year old Tempurpedic Cloud mattress that had come to the end of it's life. It made it so I wasn't in pain every morning when I got up. It didn't return my old bed to it's former glory, but it did buy me time to go mattress shopping. I ended up purchasing a new generation Tempurpedic Cloud foam mattress and to my dismay, it turned out to not be anything like the Cloud I had. I don't recall having to break in my old one, but I kid you not, the new one is hard as a brick. This topper saved the day again as I have had to use it for the first 18 nights until could finally endure a whole night without it. So, to summarize, this topper won't fix a worn out mattress, but it will help soften up a too firm one that isn't worn out.

I lay down on it now and it feels like cloud compared to how it was before. I can now sleep thru the night with less tossing and turning. Thanks so much. I'm a lifetime customer and tell anyone who asks about it that you won't be disappointed .

I absolutely love the Tempur-Adapt Mattress Topper! It completely transformed the feel of my mattress and made it so much more comfortable. The Tempur material provides just the right amount of cushioning and support without feeling too soft or like I’m sinking into the bed.
It has that comfortable, cozy memory-foam feel while still giving my body the support it needs. I also love how well it conforms to my body and helps relieve pressure, especially when sleeping on my side.
The quality is exactly what I expected from Tempur-Pedic, and it feels like I upgraded my entire mattress without having to buy a new one. Definitely worth it and highly recommend!

I look forward to that bed at night after a busy day. When you crawl into bed, it seems to just wrap around you and take all the stress of the day. away. It took me a while to get used to,but after a while I could find my most comfy position and ease away to a good nights sleep. Don't take my word for it, try one and see!

Packaging review

The mattress topper arrived today and the packaging is disappointing and sketchy. It did come in a brown tempurpedic box, however, the mattress itself was loosely wrapped in cellophane with the ends exposed. No other protective packaging was around the mattress, others online appear to have a plastic sleeve around it. There were also no tags attached to indicate the mattress was new and not possibly used/returned. I purchased this same product two years ago and it was definitely not packaged this way. Not feeling good about this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the 2nd topper I have purchased for my 2nd college student. It is well worth the investment. It lasts for all of the college years and maintains its comfort,form,cushion etc. no need to replace ever !
