The only thing is could say that isn't awesome about this top is there needs to be straps added at the corners of the cover so it doesn't slide around so much, I have to recenter it every morning. Other than that it's a wonderful thing to sleep on

Wish I hadn't bought it. My old Tempur-Pedic mattress was comfortable, but when I added this on top, it was not. It is too squishy and hot. Wish I had read before this that there is no refund. Very disappointed and unhappy.

I should have paid attention to the "medium-firm" rating, but instead put more weight on the reviews. The topper was way too firm for us. Due to the no-return policy I'll be trying to sell it. Toppers from other retailers are returnable....wish I had tried them first, but having Tempurpedic beds, thought their product would be better. For someone with a rock hard mattress, the topper would probably be an improvement, but it's harder than our current mattress and only exacerbated our pressure points.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
