I bought this topper after a friend of my has recommended it to me. I was having backaches every morning to the point that i was getting ready to throw my mattress away until i decided to go on a limb and buy this topper solely based on my friend's recommendation, and wow this thing changed my life. So far, I have been pretty happy with the Tempur-Topper. It was purchased to add some comfort to a brand new firm mattress. The issue is my partner is a rather large human (250+lbs) and does not seem to have the same success or needed comfort as myself. Still allows some pressure points on the hips and shoulders.
