Not for back pain

I received my topper in late December. I ordered it with the intention of adding some firmness to my existing mattress. After one night I realized the topper was not going to work for me. It was to soft and I felt as if I was in a hole. So I called customer service the next morning with the hope I'd be able to return it. Well I was told because it was a topper I wouldn't be able to return it. So from that point I had to make the best of it. It's a nice product but it's just not as firm as I thought it would be. Not back friendly, at least not for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the most comfortable mattress topper I've ever had. It literally feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. Highly recommend this topper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Softer than I expected and not great if you are a firm mattress user. Sinks in so much that honestly I don't think it makes a difference using this or not.

I was very disappointed in this topper, I wish it was returnable. I have a tempur bed at home that I love and i bought this for a rental in florida for the winter and it's super soft and already has indents for only being 2 months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comfortably soft, ideally great for mattresses with less than 12 height, as it would allow you to use your existing bed garments without trouble.

The perfect solution

I bought this mattress topper for our guest room. We had a new mattress there already, but most visitors found it difficult to sleep. This topper made all the difference. Great night's sleep and Uber comfy were the immediate responses. I can't wait to try it out myself!
